Item 10 of 25

Psalm 62 - 'THREE TOWERS' - original size 100-120 cm

€ 99,00

Explanation:

Three towers symbolize the tri-une God. On the left tower is written in Hebrew: ‘my fortress‘.

On the middle tower: ‘my Salvador‘.

On the right tower: ‘my refuge‘.

The word for 'He is my salvation' in Hebrew is ‘Yeshua-ti‘.
The name of Jesus (literally ‘Saviour‘) originates from the same word 'Yeshua'.

The middle tower makes a cross and is therefore connected to the other towers.

On the right side of this painting is a red string.
This symbolizes ‘waiting for God‘.
The Hebrew word for making rope originates from the same root as the verb ‘to wait‘.
The more strings that are interwoven, the longer it takes to do so.
This will always result in a stronger rope.

Psalm 62

"I wait quietly before God for my victory comes from him.

He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken."

"He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me."
